Albert Eng - Principal and Founder
Albert Eng is the founder and managing principal for CTT-Squared. Albert has spent most of his career tackling highly complex transformation and M&A execution initiatives for fortune 500 companies. His leadership roles have given him deep appreciation for the corporate dynamics and interactions with Corporate Development, Corporate Functions, Business Lines, IT and Operations. The inter-play between these organizations is often critical in the overall results of a transformation initiative or an M&A transaction. He is well-versed in strategic M&A post-close execution methods for acquisitions, divestitures, and strategic partnerships. He has relevant subject matter expertise in Asset Management, Insurance, Capital Markets, Finance, HR, Private Credit and IT.
Albert spent his last three years playing a leadership role at Guardian Life within Corporate Development, executing post-close deal activity as the Head of M&A Transitions for the company. As the transition lead for the HPS Partners deal, 26bln dollars of private credit assets, technology, processes and, people were transferred to implement a sub-advisory relationship and investment. Albert played a dual role running the Transition Offices for other notable strategic M&A including an 8-billion-dollar re-insurance variable annuity closed-block transfer to Talcott Reinsurance, the divestiture of Reed Company a specialist in leave absence to Alight, a step-up carve out of Avesis to Cressey Partners and others.
Albert has also played a leadership role in running the IMO and synergy component for TIAA where he worked with the executive team to acquire Nuveen Investments. In other roles, he played senior operator roles at Citigroup, AIG and DXC integrating and carving out divisions for monetization while owning day-to-day run the business activities and staff. In Private Equity, Albert worked on the Daimler-Chrysler carve-out and the Freedom Arms rollup for Cerberus Capital Management as a senior operating advisor performing diligence on dozens of companies.

Ivan Pooran Pabon
Ivan is a highly esteemed Global Executive with over three and a half decades of experience spanning multiple geographies and the Banking and Insurance industry. He has held various leadership positions at esteemed Global 500 companies, including Citigroup, General Electric (GE), Banco Santander, and Guardian Life of America. His responsibilities have encompassed Chief Operational Risk Officer, Chief Risk Officer, Chief Credit and Country Officer, Audit Director, Business Head, and Senior Credit Officer, where he has successfully managed business growth opportunities, adhered to regulatory requirements, divested businesses, and addressed evolving risks and program developments. As a Managing Director, he has led large and senior teams in the United States, Latin America, Europe, and CEMEA. His ability to integrate and assimilate local cultures, coupled with his proven track record of developing world-class teams, is a testament to his exceptional career achievements. Ivan’s unwavering adherence to ethical and professional standards, coupled with his resilient personal leadership attributes, has garnered him the respect of companies, industry peers, and regulatory authorities.
Ivan’s recent accomplishments include the development of an Industry-accoladed Risk Program at Guardian, which encompassed a Business Risk Program, a Third Party Risk Framework, Resilience Programs, and Artificial Intelligence and Climate Risk Governance Programs. These programs integrated with other Risk disciplines such as Compliance, Data Risk, and Information Security. His experience in these related Risk fields provided a more holistic, efficient, and effective framework for the Enterprise. Additionally, he managed Consumer and Commercial lending portfolios and was directly responsible for Citigroup’s Business turnaround during the 2008-2010 crisis in Spain.
At GE, Santander USA, and Citigroup Global, Ivan was instrumental in developing Regulatory Risk Frameworks and remediation that led to Regulatory approvals for continued Business growth. His Audit experience in EMEA/CEMEA provided him with solid control oversight, which proved crucial to Business leaders in the Region. During his tenure in Brazil, he led the Small and Medium Segment as Business Head for Santander Brazil, complementing his Risk and Control experience with Revenue-generating responsibilities. He was also a key player in the acquisitions of major Brazilian banks during 2000-2003.
Currently, Ivan serves on his Alma Mater’s Risk Committee and the Board of a startup Company in the West Indies. Ivan resides in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, and is actively involved in his community.

Sabrina Rios
Sabrina Rios is a seasoned senior corporate communications executive with over 25 years of experience in strategic reputation management, crisis communication, public relations, business transformation, change management, and internal communications. She has held leadership roles in both global corporations and top-tier public relations agencies, supporting industry-leading brands such as Hewlett-Packard.
An expert in navigating complex communications challenges, Sabrina has successfully managed high-stakes negotiations, M&A transactions and integrations, strategic investments, and subsidiary divestitures. Most recently, she managed communications initiatives at GuideWell, the holding company for Florida Blue (Blue Cross Blue Shield of Florida) and its subsidiaries. Her work included communications related to cost structure initiatives, acquisitions, integrations, change management, workforce restructuring, and divestitures.
On a global scale, Sabrina played a pivotal role in coordinating communications for the Americas during the high-profile takeover bid and subsequent acquisition of G4S by Allied Universal, forming the world’s largest private security company with over $18 billion in revenue and 750,000 security professionals. Additionally, she managed public relations efforts for Latin America during Hewlett-Packard’s 2015 corporate split, which resulted in the creation of Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE) and HP Inc. under Meg Whitman’s leadership.

Panagiotis Tsouasis
Panagiotis has spent most of his 30 year career in domestic and international risk management leadership roles spanning enterprise, operational and credit risk across insurance and banking. His industry exposure spans across retail, commercial banking, life insurance, investments and he has had direct responsibility for leadership, strategy and execution of core operational risk programs, control testing programs (SOX & MAR), Business Continuity and Resiliency, IT risk, security, fraud, model risk, corporate insurance, credit risk policy and analytics, including acquisition due diligence, oversight and credit portfolio divestitures.
Over the past 20 years Panagiotis served as Head of Business Operational Risk for Guardian Life, Commercial Banking Operational Risk Officer for JP Morgan Chase, Head of Operational Risk for Voya Financial, ING Americas, including Latin America, and ING DIRECT USA. The entities of responsibility span $80B- $200B+ in assets, retail and commercial banks and life, pension, annuity and retirement insurance, building teams, managing existing teams, re-shaping culture and simplifying to more pragmatic approaches to risk management.
Panagiotis earned a degree in Business Administration from the Athens University of Economics and Business, in Athens, Greece and an MBA in Finance from Drexel University’s LeBow College of Business in Philadelphia, PA.
